I AM
Early in this life, I wanted to express - through poetry, creative writing, and performing. We were blessed with a Mother who taught us yoga and meditation at a very young age, thereby anchoring us in to the beginnings of soul and spirit exploration (Thanks Mom!). In my early twenties, after diving in to Zen Buddhism, internal martial arts and Reiki/energy work, I experienced a seismic shift: my path of Spiritual Exploration and Alignment went from being the most important thing in my life; to being My Life... Suddenly there was nothing outside of that, there was nothing more important than that - there was only the unfoldment into my Highest Light and my desire to serve God and All Beings..
When I was about seven years old, I began to feel the pull to 'help'.. I feel that that was my 'soul mission' beginning to come online.. So I would ride my bike (banana seat, streamers on my handlebars, pigtails flying in the wind) to the nursing home nearby, where I would walk around and 'visit' people.. That was the beginning of my lifelong 'second career' of volunteering - primarily in palliative care, hospice, and seniors homes. Through all of this, I learned so much about (we) humans - about emotions, the body, energy, the sacred.. I learned reverence, and love, and heartbreak.. It was powerful training for my life's work..
...And through it all, I worked with energy - until I began to know myself as such - Pure Energy, Pure Consciousness, Pure Vibration- and oh what an amazing exploration that has been! To begin to know what is possible in these realms (energy, consciousness, vibration)

Hold Coherent Patterns in The Field |
When I am asked, "What do you do..?" I will often reply with the simple; "I am a healer.. (or) an energy worker.." I give this reply, not because it expresses my highest understanding of what I 'do', but simply for ease of conveyance and understanding. And that felt true for me for many years - that I am a 'healer'.. but as I have gone farther on my path, I have found it to be -ultimately- a path of dissolution.. A dissolution of structured thoughts and beliefs around my 'self', and around energy, matter, healing, love, thought, the very fabric of the Universe itself..... it has all been dismantling, really - hallelujah.. So, when someone asks me now what I 'do', a far more truthful (and more resonant with my current understandings) answer is:
I hold coherent patterns in The Field.
Through my exploration of Energy, Frequency and Consciousness, the worlds of Magic and Miracles have opened up to me.. or perhaps more truly - I have shifted my perceptual set-point such that I am now a vibrational match to their reality..

My commitment to my own alignment, in all aspects of my life, is my greatest gift, my greatest power and my greatest teacher in my life's work (soul's mission) as an energy worker.
